Bitworks Internet
Services was established to address the need for a local Internet access
provider in South Taranaki. Since first offering Internet connectivity in
Jan 1998, Bitworks has continued to grow from 8 analog dial-in lines to 48
dial-in lines (36 digital 56k lines), and ISDN 64k (+128k) access spread
over 2 local access dial-in centres.
The implementation of our digital solution and ongoing upgrading of the multiple bandwidth connections to key national and international Internet access points is a significant ongoing investment.
