329 Garsed Road Ron Opie Diving (at Greenways) is sign-posted on the Main Road half a km north of Kakaramea. Just follow the minor signs up Garsed Road for 3 km until you reach the Greenways sign.
At Greenways, Ron Opie Diving has available - two classrooms, a large
training equipment storage room and a large kitchen/smoko room. Also we have an indoor heated swimming pool which is purposely built for dive training, 12m long x 5m wide, 1200mm sloping to 1400mm before it drops to a depth of 5200mm which makes it an ideal training site.
The air temperature within the complex (pool and classrooms etc) is heated to give maximum comfort during the winter months. Within the pool there are male and female changing rooms each with a shower, there is also a unisex toilet with a shower to cater for handicapped patrons. For those who wish, there is a sauna to warm those aches and pains away. Another facility we offer at Greenways is 30 bed accommodation ranging from 2 beds to 8 beds per room in bunk style format. A large kitchen/dining room compliments this unique complex. Ron Opie Diving has a retail dive store which stocks all the dive equipment needed for a diver to be kitted out with top quality gear.
